Carrot is a very healthy vegtable , even we can take it as raw one too but to attract our family members we have to do some experiments on it ....... this went good and here i am to share with you.......

Carrot Vada
What we need :
Carrot - 1/2 kg
Green Chillies - 3 no finely chopped
Ginger - finely chopped
Garlic - 5 cloves finely chopped
Urad dal - 10gms marinated for 15minutes
Cilantro - 1/2 bunch finely chopped
Curry Leaves (optional) finely chopped
Chickpea Flour - 1 spoon
Rice Flour - 1 spoon
Oil for deep fry
Salt to taste

Carrot Vada
What we need :
Carrot - 1/2 kg

Chickpea Flour - 1 spoon
Rice Flour - 1 spoon
Oil for deep fry
Salt to taste
How to do :
- Peel off the carrot and grate it.
- Add all the chopped ingredients ginger , garlic , green chillies , urad dal , cilantro , chickpea flour , rice flour and salt. If needed we can add red chillie powder also.
- Mix it well and make it into round shape or as desired.
- Deep fry in oil.
- Here are my carrot vada with a cashew nut on the top of it .
