Mung Potpourri

Groundnut is one of the most nourishing foods available in the world. It contains five important nutrients such as food energy, protein, phosphorous, thiamin and niacin. Groundnuts have considerable medicinal value.Five main nutrients required by the body to maintain and repair the tissues namely food energy, protein, phosphorous, thiamin and niacin.Groundnuts have 13 different types of vitamins that include Vitamin A, B, C & E and 26 essential minerals like calcium, iron, zinc, boron, etc that helps in brain function and strong bones.

Recommended for growing children, expected women, nursing mothers consume roasted groundnuts with jaggery and goat mlk.People suffering from nose bleeding , excessive menstruation bleeding women will be benefited with groundnuts.


MungPotpourri

Prepared this for an event at Mrs.TIA for Ahaa Anipinche Alpaharam contest , should provide some snack item without oil , should be cooked and one more important thing is that it should be so simple so that working women can prepare this for their children easily after coming back from their work place , so i tried this and went very tasty .........

What we need :

Groundnuts - 1 cup
Onion - 1no
Tomato - 1 no
Cilantro - 1/2 bunch
Salt , Chili Powder, Lemon Juice as per your taste

How To Do :

  • Soak groundnuts for 10 -15 minutes.
  • Add a 1/4 spn salt and boil them in pressure cooker for 3/4 vissils.
  • Now add finely chopped onon, tomato, cilantro, salt, red chili powder and lemon juice.
