Prepared this for an event at Mrs.TIA for Ahaa Anipinche Alpaharam contest , should provide some snack item without oil , should be cooked and one more important thing is that it should be so simple so that working women can prepare this for their children easily after coming back from their work place , so i tried this and went very tasty .........
What we need :
Groundnuts - 1 cup
Onion - 1no
Tomato - 1 no
Cilantro - 1/2 bunch
Salt , Chili Powder, Lemon Juice as per your taste
How To Do :
- Soak groundnuts for 10 -15 minutes.
- Add a 1/4 spn salt and boil them in pressure cooker for 3/4 vissils.
- Now add finely chopped onon, tomato, cilantro, salt, red chili powder and lemon juice.
