Here im with a curry item with a snack item ;)
What We Need :
Boondi - 1cup
Onions - 1no
Green Chillies- 2no
Red Chillie Powder - 1/2 spn or as per ur taste
Turmeric Powder - a pinch
Salt to your taste.
How To Do :
Here is my boondi curry , boondi was store brought boondi as i dnt find time to prepare boondi at home will defenetly update soon how to prepare boondi also.
Here it looks dry item as i have prepared this as side dish, if you want this into your rice then add a little more water at step 3 so that some water remains in the curry as gravy.
If you want this to be a little spicy just add 1/2 spn ginger garlic paste at step 2.

- Heat oil in a pan, fry lengthwise chopped green chillies , onions until they are transculent.
- Add turmeric powder, red chillie powder, salt and fy for 30sec.
- Now add 1 1/2cups(1 and half cups) of water and let it boil for more than 2-3min so that onions are cooked.
- At this time add your boondi and let it cook for 2 minutes.Now you find no water as boondi absorbed all the water.

First time here , you have a lovely space. This curry is very unique. I make boondi ratia but never tried curry.
