What We Need :
Vankaya / Brinjal -5no
Garlic Cloves - 5no
Green Chillies - 3no
Tamarind - small lemon size
Split chana dal - 1/2 spn
Urad dal - 1/2 spn
Mustard seeds -1/2 spn
Jeera - 1/2 spn
Garlic Cloves - 5no peeled
Dry Red Chillies - 2no
Curry leaves - 1sprig
Salt to your taste.
HowTo Do :

HowTo Do :
- Clean and chop brinjal.
- In a pan heat 2spn of oil and fry green chillies , garlic cloves, brinjal pieces until they become soft
- When its cool grind to paste with tamarind.
- Now do the popu with remaining ingredients like heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds ones they splutter add jeera, split chana dal, urad dal, dry red chillies, peeled garlic cloves, curry leaves and add this popu to the grinded brinjals.
