Mango Rice

Here i am with a rice item with every ones favorite Mango .......

What We Need :

Rice - 2cups
Raw Mango - 1no medium size
Mustard Seeds - 1/2 spn
Urad dal - 1spn
Split chana dal - 1spn
Red Chillies - 5no can be changed to your taste
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 spn
Curry Leaves - a spring

Salt to your taste

How To Do :

  • Cook rice and keep it a side.
  • Grate the raw mango and keep it a side.
  • In a pan heat 2spn of oil add mustard seeds ones they splutter add curry leaves , urad dal , split chana dal , split red chillies , turmeric powder and fry
  • Now add grated raw mango to this and fry until the it becomes soft.
  • Now add cooked rice to this pan and mix well.

 Here is my Mango Rice very simple and tasty tooo.........
