Oil less Masala Fish

Here i am with a non vegeterian Fish item

What We Need :

Fish - 10pieces
KusKus / Poppy Seeds - 1/2 cup
Seesame Seeds - 2spn
Black Pepper - 5 pepper corns
Cardomom - 2inch piece
Cloves - 5no
Elaichi - 3no
Shajeera - 1spn
Onions - 2no of medium size
Oil - 1spn
Dhaniya Powder - 1spn
Red Chillie Powder - 2spn you can vary to your taste
Turmeric Powder - a pinch
Lemon Juice

Salt to your taste

How To Do :

  • Fry kuskus , seesame seeds until they turn light brown color add cardomom, pepper corns, cloves, elaichi, shajeera and fry one more minute and grind to paste by adding a little water.
  • In the same heat 1spn oil and fry chopped onion unitl they turn golden brown color and grind with above paste no need to add water.To this paste add salt, red chillie powder , dhaniya powder, turmeric powder and mix well.
  • Clean , wash the fish pieces and marinate for 1/2hr in the above mixture.

  • Preheat the pan and place the fish pieces and after the other and let it cook after 10minutes turn to the other side carefully, make sure that fish pieces wont break, and let the other side also fry for 5-10minutes just check it the other side also cooked well.
  • Serve hot by sprinkling a little lemon juice.
 Here is my Oil less Masala Fish can have it as a side dish ........
