Here i am with a mixed veg of aloo and gobi curry .........
What We Need:
Aloo - 3no
Gobi - 1 no medium size
Onion - 2 no medium size
Green Chillies - 2no
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1spn
Red Chillie Powder - 1spn
Turmeric Powder - a pinch
Garam Masala Powder - 1/2 spn
Oil - 2spn
Curry leaves - 1 sprig
Cilantro - to garnish
Salt to your taste

How To Do:
- Clean gobi florets in boiled salt water and keep aside.
- In a pan heat oil fry chopped onions, green chillies, curry leaves until onions are transculent, add chopped cube sized aloo and let cook on a low flame with lid on top of it until aloo becomes soft add ginger garlic paste and let it fry until raw smell goes away.
- Now add washed gobi florets, red chillie powder, salt, turmeric and toss well let it cook on low flame with lid on top of it for 2 minutes add enough water to boil for another 5minutes.
- Add garam masala powder and let it cook for another minute and switch off heat by garnishing with cilantro.
Serve hot with white rice or any rotis.........
