Here i am with fish stew ....
What We Need:
Raw Tamarind Pulp - 1 cup
Fish Pieces - 10no
Onion - 2no medium size
Kus kus - 1spn
Cloves - 4no
Cardomom - 1inch piece
Dhaniya / Corriander - 1spn
Jeera - 1/2 spn
Red Chillie Powder - 1spn can vary according to your taste
Green Chiliies - 3no
Turmeric Powder - a pinch
Oil - 3spn
Cilantro - 1 bunch
Salt as per to your taste

How To Do:
- Boil raw tamarind in water, take out the pulp and keep aside.
- Grind all the masalas corriander seeds, jeera, kus kus, cloves, cardomom, onions to paste.
- Wash fish pieces and mix this masala paste, red chillie powder, salt, turmeric powder and keep aside for 5minutes.
- In a wide pan heat oil keep lengthwise chopped green chillies and place all the fish pieces in the pan side by side let them cook on a low flame with a lid on top of it for 5 - 10 min or until the fish becomes soft.
- Now add this tamarind pulp and 1 cup of water according to your consistency and let it cook on a low flame for another 10minutes check for seasoning.
- Finally add chopped cilantro and serve hot with white rice........
