Here am with a rice item with carrots.......
What We Need:
Carrot - 1 cup grated
Rice - 1 cup
Green Chillies - 3no
Mustard seeds - 1/2 spn
Onion - 1no
Cilantro leaves - a bunch
Cloves - 1 no
Cinamom stick - 1/2 inch
Sambar powder - 1spn
Garam masala powder - 1 pinch
Salt to your taste

How To Do:
- Cook rice with enough water along with clove and cinamom. keep it a side.
- In a pan heat a spn oil or ghee splutter mustard seeds, fry grenn chillies and chopped onions fry until they are transculent now add grated carrot and fry for aminute.
- Now add sambar powder, garam masala powder, salt, cooked rice mix well.
- Finally add chopped cilantro leaves.
Here is our healthy carrot rice is ready ........
