Coconut Dosa

Here i am with another variety of dosa with coconut

What We Need:

Coconut: 1cup
Rice: 2 cups
Oil:  1/2spn for making each dosa

Salt to your taste

How To Do:

  • Soak rice overnight or atleast for 4 -5 hours and wash thoroughly.
  • Grind soaked rice, coconut along with salt by adding a little water, this should be like our regular dosa batter consistency.
  • Keep it aside for atleast half an hour.
  • Heat a pan or dosa pan grease with oil pour a laddle of batter and make it as regular dosa and cook on both sides.

Serve hot with any chutney we loved to have this with carrot chutney but the little one liked this as it is ....
