Here am with a sweet and also favorite prasadam for Lord Hanuman
What We Need:
Suji - 1 cup
Sugar - 1 cup
Water - 1 cup
Cardamom powder - a pinch
Oil - for deep frying

Cardamom powder - a pinch
Oil - for deep frying
How To Do:
- Mix suji, sugar & cardamom powder and keep it aside.
- Boil 1 cup water in a skillet pan.
- Add the mixture to boiling water.
- Keep stirring until the sugar melts and suji becomes like a dough.
- Let it cool and make lemon size balls. Pat them like this or your favorite shape.
- Heat oil in a kadai for deep frying.
- Leave the patted balls into the hot oil for deep frying. Let the appalu turn into light golden color and then turn to the other side.
- Let them fry until dark golden color.
Here are your appalu ready to taste.
