What We Need :
Cooked or Steamed Rice - 2cups
Eggs - 2 or 3 no according to your taste
Mustard Seeds - 1/2 spn
Cumin Seeds (Jeera) - 1/2 spn
Urad dal - 1/2 spn(Optional)
Chana dal - 1/2 spn(Optional)
Oil - 1spn
Curry leaves / Cilantro - a few
Green Chillies - 3no
Garam Masala Powder - 1/2 spn
Salt as per your taste
How To Do :
- Cooked or Steamed rice should be cool and keep aside. (Even u can refrigerate rice so that while mixing fried rice it wont mash)
- In a glass beat eggs and keep aside.
- In a fried rice pan heat oil let mustard seeds splutter add cumin seeds, urad dal, chana dal, finely chopped green chillies, curry leaves fry them add beated eggs and let it fry.
- Add cooked rice to this fried egg add salt, garam masala powder, chopped cilantro and toss well for 2minutes.
Now your simple egg fried rice is ready to taste ........
You can add red chillie powder if you like that taste
